Former Libyan rebels lifted their blockade of the country's biggest oil refinery, AFP reported on Friday (November 30th).
A settlement was reached late Thursday after authorities agreed to speed up medical care for ex-rebels wounded in the war to unseat Moamer Kadhafi. The refinery in Az-Zawiya, 40 kilometres west of Tripoli, supplies around 70 per cent of the country's fuel.
